# Changing Your Profile Details on InfluCollabs

> Learn how to update your basic profile details on InfluCollabs, and understand the restrictions around changing your email address and phone number.

You can update most of your profile information directly from the InfluCollabs mobile app. However, some fields are restricted to protect your account identity and security.

## Updating Your Basic Profile Details

You can change all your basic profile details from:

**Account Section → Personal Details → Edit**

This includes fields like your name, niche, bio, city, social handles, and portfolio information. Save your changes once you're done — they'll reflect on your profile immediately.

## Restricted Fields

Two fields are restricted and **cannot be changed directly** from your profile:

    Your phone number is our **primary identifier**. If you need to change your phone number, you must **delete your existing account** and open a new one with the new phone number.

    Your email address cannot be changed from within the app. To update it, you must **contact us by raising a support ticket** from the app.

  Deleting your account to change your phone number is **irreversible** — all your data, campaign history, and earnings records will be permanently removed. See [Account Deletion](/account/deletion) for more details.

  Before requesting an email change, ensure the new email address is one you actively use — all campaign notifications, acceptance emails, and payout confirmations are sent there.
