# Applying for Brand Campaigns on InfluCollabs Dashboard

> Step-by-step guide to applying for brand campaigns on InfluCollabs — from finding opportunities on your dashboard to awaiting brand acceptance.

Applying for a campaign on InfluCollabs is straightforward, but there are a few important things to understand about how the process works and what each notification actually means. Follow the steps below to apply correctly and set the right expectations throughout the review process.

<Warning>
  Do not apply to campaigns shared in WhatsApp groups or other external channels. All applications must go through your InfluCollabs dashboard.
</Warning>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find the Campaign on Your Dashboard">
    Log in to your [InfluCollabs influencer account](https://app.influcollabs.com/influencers/login) and navigate to your dashboard. Campaigns that you're eligible for will appear here automatically. If a campaign isn't showing, it may be because your profile doesn't meet the brand's criteria — see [Campaign Eligibility](/campaigns/eligibility) for details.

    Only apply to campaigns you find directly on your dashboard. Campaigns shared via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other external channel are **not valid application pathways** and will not be tracked by the platform.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the Campaign Details">
    Click on a campaign card to open the full campaign brief. Read it carefully — this includes the type of campaign (paid or barter), the content requirements, deliverables, timeline, and any specific instructions from the brand.

    Make sure the campaign is a good fit for your audience and content style before applying.

    <Warning>
      Review the campaign **thoroughly** before applying. Applying is treated as your **final confirmation** — there is **no way to negotiate pricing or deliverables** after your profile has been accepted by the brand.

      The only exception is if the campaign manager reaches out to you directly after seeing your rejection. If you're **not comfortable with the campaign budget or deliverables**, please **do not apply** — or reject the campaign instead.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit Your Application">
    Once you've reviewed the brief and decided to proceed, submit your application through the campaign page. Your profile information — including follower counts, niche, and location — is automatically shared with the brand as part of your application.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive Your Application Received Email">
    Shortly after submitting, you'll receive an **email confirming that your application was received**. This is an automated confirmation — it means your application has been logged in the system and the brand can now review your profile.

    <Warning>
      After applying, your profile is **not yet confirmed** for the campaign. Your application goes for a **brand review**, and only after the brand confirms it does your participation become final. At this stage, **do not start making any videos** — wait for the official acceptance notification before creating content.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Brand Reviews Your Profile">
    The brand reviews all applications and selects influencers based on their criteria. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to several days depending on the brand's timeline. There is no action required from you during this stage.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive an Acceptance or Await Further Updates">
    If the brand selects you, you'll receive a **second email or in-platform notification confirming your acceptance**. This is the email that matters — it means the brand has chosen you for the campaign and the collaboration is moving forward.

    If you don't hear back, or if you receive a rejection, don't be discouraged. Continue creating quality content, growing your audience, and refining your profile. Campaign eligibility and brand preferences vary widely — a rejection is not a reflection of your content quality. If you're consistently not hearing back, double-check that your social media account is set to **public** and that your username on your InfluCollabs profile is correct and up to date.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Receiving a campaign application confirmation email means your application was submitted — it does **not** mean the brand has accepted you. Watch for a second email confirming acceptance.
