# Cancelling a Campaign on InfluCollabs

> Learn when and how to cancel a campaign application on InfluCollabs, what happens after brand review, and the legal implications of accepting a product without completing the campaign.

Sometimes you may need to cancel a campaign after applying. Here's how cancellations work on InfluCollabs, including what's possible at each stage and the important obligations to be aware of.

## When You Can Cancel

You can cancel a campaign directly from the **InfluCollabs mobile app** — but only under specific conditions.

    You can cancel your application **only while the status is still showing as `Applied`** — meaning the brand has not yet started reviewing your profile.

    Once the campaign has moved to **brand review** or any further stage (accepted, in-progress, product shipped), you **cannot undo or cancel** the application from the app.

<Warning>
  Once you **cancel an application**, you **cannot reapply** for the same campaign. Cancel only if you're certain you don't want to proceed.

## If You Still Want to Cancel After Brand Review

If your application has moved past the `Applied` stage but you still want to opt out of the campaign, the only option is to **refuse the product delivery** when the shipping partner attempts to deliver it.

When you refuse to accept the parcel:

* The shipping partner returns the product to the brand.
* The campaign is **automatically cancelled** for you.
* No further deliverables are expected from your side.

<Warning>
  If you **accept the parcel** and then fail to complete the campaign deliverables, you may face **legal obligations** from the brand or the platform. Only take delivery of the product if you fully intend to complete the campaign as per the brief.

<Note>
  For **brand awareness campaigns** (where no product is shipped), you cannot cancel after brand acceptance. If you're facing a genuine issue, contact your campaign manager immediately.
