Getting accepted into a campaign is an exciting milestone — but it’s just the beginning. Once a brand confirms your participation, there are clear steps to follow to ensure you deliver great content, stay on track, and receive your payout or product without delays. Here’s what the post-acceptance process looks like.
1

Receive Your Acceptance Notification

When a brand selects you, you’ll receive an email or in-platform notification confirming your acceptance into the campaign. Review the campaign brief again carefully at this stage — pay attention to deliverables, deadlines, posting guidelines, and any brand-specific requirements.
2

Wait for Product Shipment (Product Review Campaigns Only)

Product shipment applies only to product review campaigns. If you’ve been accepted into a product review campaign, the brand will ship the product to your registered address, and you’ll receive a communication once it has been dispatched.Shipment timelines vary by brand. If there’s a delay, it’s typically due to processing or logistics on the brand’s side — you’ll be notified as soon as your product is on its way.For brand awareness campaigns, no product is shipped. You’ll need to create the video without a product, following the brand’s script and guidelines exactly.
For large campaigns, brands may take more than a month to ship your product — this is completely normal. In larger batches, the brand cannot begin shipment until the full list of selected creators is ready. Please be patient with the process; you’ll be notified at every stage through the app or email.
3

Create Your Content

Once you have everything you need — the brief, and the product if applicable — create your content in line with the campaign guidelines. This includes the required format (Reel, Story, post, YouTube video, etc.), mentions, hashtags, and any specific messaging the brand has requested. While creating your content, you must refer to the campaign documents received via email, shared in the WhatsApp group, or available in the mobile app. Following these guidelines is mandatory — failure to meet them may result in multiple revisions before your content is approved.Always follow the brief precisely. Deviating from the stated requirements can impact your standing on the platform and future campaign eligibility.
4

Submit Your Content for Review

Once your content is ready, submit it to your campaign manager before posting. Your campaign manager’s contact details are available in the app — you can also join our WhatsApp group to stay connected.Your raw video will be carefully reviewed. If any changes are required, your campaign manager will let you know. Only post your content once you’ve received approval.
5

Publish and Submit Your Live Link

After publishing your content on the required platform(s), submit the live link to the designated portal shared with you via email or WhatsApp.If you haven’t received the portal link, you can submit your deliverable directly here: Deliverable Submission Portal.Timely submission is important — late submissions can delay campaign completion and payout processing.
6

Campaign Completion

Once you’ve submitted all the required deliverables, your campaign will be automatically marked as completed. It may take 24–48 hours for this status to reflect in your app — please wait while our system processes and manually verifies the update. If your campaign is marked as completed and there is a payout associated with it, the payout will be raised automatically. For full details on how payouts work, refer to the next document: Payouts.
If your profile was accepted but you haven’t received the product yet, the brand may still be processing shipment. You’ll be notified once it’s on the way.
