KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process that InfluCollabs uses to confirm you are who you say you are. It is a mandatory step for all Verify Badge holders — regardless of which membership tier you have purchased. Completing KYC is what activates your badge and makes your verified status visible to brands on the platform.

Why KYC Is Required

The Verify Badge exists to build trust between creators and brands. For that trust to be meaningful, InfluCollabs needs to confirm that each verified profile belongs to a real, identifiable person. KYC is the mechanism that makes this confirmation possible. It ensures no fake or impersonated accounts can hold a verified status, protecting both brands and legitimate creators on the platform.

The 30-Day Deadline

After purchasing any Verify Badge plan — Silver, Platinum, or Gold — you have 30 days to complete your KYC verification. This window begins on the date of your purchase.
You must complete KYC within 30 days of purchasing your Verify Badge. Failure to do so results in automatic badge deactivation with no refund.
If your badge is deactivated due to an incomplete KYC, you will need to repurchase a plan to regain verified status. No exceptions or extensions are granted for missed deadlines under the current policy.

Data Privacy

InfluCollabs takes the privacy of your personal information seriously.
InfluCollabs does not store your KYC documents or any sensitive personal data submitted during verification. Your documents are used solely for the purpose of confirming your identity and are not retained, shared, or used for any other purpose.
All KYC processing complies with applicable data protection standards. If you have specific questions about how your data is handled, you can reach out to the support team from your dashboard.

How to Complete KYC

Log In to Your InfluCollabs Account

Go to app.influcollabs.com/influencers/login and sign in with your registered credentials.

Navigate to Your Profile or Verification Section

Once logged in, open your dashboard and look for the Profile or Verification section in the navigation menu. This is where your KYC status and prompts will be displayed.

Review the KYC Requirements

Read through the on-screen instructions carefully before uploading any documents. The platform will specify which forms of identification are accepted and any formatting requirements.

Submit Your Identity Documents

Follow the prompts to upload the required documents. Ensure your documents are clear, legible, and within any file size limits specified on screen.

Wait for Verification Confirmation

After submission, InfluCollabs will process your KYC. You will receive a notification once your verification is complete and your Verify Badge has been activated on your profile.

What Happens After KYC Is Approved

Once your KYC is successfully verified, your Verify Badge becomes active and visible to brands on the platform. Your tier-specific membership benefits — such as increased profile visibility, instant payouts, or your dedicated success manager — also become effective from this point.
