Not every campaign on InfluCollabs is visible to every influencer. The platform uses a matching system to surface only the campaigns that are genuinely relevant to you — ensuring brands reach the right creators and you see opportunities worth pursuing. Here’s exactly what the system evaluates.
Before the matching system can work effectively, your profile needs to have the right information filled in. At a minimum, your profile must include:
  • Gender
  • City
  • Social Media Profiles (linked and verified)
Brands filter their target audiences based on these fields. If any of them are missing, InfluCollabs cannot accurately match you to relevant campaigns — and your visibility in the system drops significantly. Keep your profile complete and up to date at all times.
Every campaign is configured with a minimum and maximum follower threshold set by the brand. Your account will only be shown that campaign if your follower count falls within that range.
  • Below the minimum — You don’t yet meet the brand’s reach requirement for that campaign.
  • Above the maximum — The brand’s budget is designed for micro or mid-tier influencers. If your following exceeds their upper limit, the campaign will not appear on your dashboard.
This means growing your audience can open new campaigns, but some campaigns are specifically designed for smaller creators and will no longer appear once you surpass a certain threshold.
Many campaigns are geographically targeted. A brand may only want to collaborate with influencers based in specific cities or regions — for example, a campaign might exclusively target creators in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru. If your registered city doesn’t match the brand’s target geography, that campaign won’t appear on your dashboard — even if you meet every other criterion. Make sure the City field on your profile accurately reflects where you’re based.
Campaigns are tagged to specific content categories — such as fashion, beauty, fitness, food, travel, tech, and more. InfluCollabs matches campaigns to influencers whose profiles align with those categories.A fashion campaign will not be shown to a beauty influencer, and a fitness campaign will not appear for a food creator, even if all other criteria are met. Ensure your profile accurately reflects your primary content niche so the system can surface the right opportunities for you.
Keeping your profile complete and up-to-date helps InfluCollabs match you with the most relevant campaigns.
