These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, activation, and use of the Verify Badge on InfluCollabs. By purchasing or activating a Verify Badge membership plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Purpose of the Verified Badge

The Verified Badge is issued by InfluCollabs to confirm the authenticity of a creator’s profile and identity on the platform. Its purpose is to help creators build trust and credibility with brands browsing the platform. The badge signals that the account holder has undergone identity verification and that their profile represents a real, identifiable individual.

2. No Campaign Guarantee

The Verified Badge does not guarantee campaign selection, higher earnings, or an increased number of collaboration opportunities. InfluCollabs is an equal opportunity platform, and the presence of a Verified Badge does not confer any preferential right to brand deals or paid collaborations. Campaign selection is determined entirely by the brand and depends on factors including, but not limited to:
  • Brand-specific content and audience requirements
  • Profile relevance to the campaign brief
  • Creator performance history on the platform
  • Availability and timing of the campaign

3. KYC Verification Requirement

All Verify Badge holders are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification within 30 days of purchasing their membership plan. This requirement applies to all tiers — Silver, Platinum, and Gold. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated 30-day window will result in the automatic deactivation of your Verified Badge. No refund will be issued in the event of deactivation due to incomplete or failed KYC verification.

4. Refund Policy

The Verify Badge membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstance once the purchase has been made. This policy applies without exception to all of the following scenarios:
  • Non-selection for campaigns after badge activation
  • Voluntary cancellation of the membership
  • Account inactivity during the membership period
  • Badge deactivation resulting from failure to complete KYC
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued under any of the above conditions.

5. Priority Support

Verified members on eligible tiers may receive priority support for platform-related queries and issues. Priority support is subject to the following conditions:
  • Availability of support staff at the time of the request
  • Official working hours of the InfluCollabs support team
  • Complexity and nature of the request
Priority support does not imply instant response times or 24/7 availability. Response times may vary based on the volume and nature of requests received at any given time.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

Renewal of your Verify Badge membership is entirely optional and at your discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. However, please note the following:
  • No refund will be issued upon cancellation, regardless of how much of the membership period remains unused
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing or membership period, unless otherwise specified in your account settings

7. KYC Data and Privacy

InfluCollabs is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. With respect to KYC data specifically:
  • InfluCollabs does not store your KYC documents or any sensitive personal data submitted during the verification process
  • Documents and personal information provided during KYC are used solely for the purpose of confirming your identity
  • This data is not retained, sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond identity verification
  • All KYC processing complies with applicable data protection laws and standards

8. Badge Usage and Misuse

The Verified Badge is issued exclusively to the account holder and is non-transferable. It may not be shared, sold, licensed, or assigned to any other individual or account. Misuse of the badge — including but not limited to falsely representing your verified status, attempting to transfer the badge, or engaging in fraudulent activity while holding a verified account — may result in:
  • Immediate removal of the Verified Badge from your profile
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your InfluCollabs account
  • Termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated benefits

9. Platform Rights

InfluCollabs reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to:
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Verify Badge feature in whole or in part
  • Update or amend these Terms and Conditions, with changes taking effect upon publication
  • Revoke a creator’s Verified Badge for violations of these terms or the broader InfluCollabs platform policies
Continued use of the Verify Badge following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing or activating a Verify Badge membership on InfluCollabs constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your purchase.
